Code of Conduct for First Year, B.E. & MBA


  • Teacher must solve 5 years question paper, chapter wise in syllabus sequence.
  • Teacher must prepare teaching plan before teaching in class room and laboratory & get sign of HOD.
  • Teacher must compel students to read the chapter (or its part) which he is going to teach.
  • Teacher must write on black board in minimum words, speaking lauding with 45% to board with sight contact with students. He must explain the contents in detail on separate part of board.
  • Teacher must ask students to come with writing (matter thought in earlier period) in note book and should check & sign note book.
  • Teacher must take cognizance of student absent in last period and must contact to absent students & their parents on the same day.
  • Teacher must ask students to revise the completely taught unit on chapter and teacher should also revise it in the class room using black board. All previously taught units should be revised simultaneously.
  • Teacher must take remedial classes of students weak/failed in sessional exam and must take sessional exam of fail students in next week.
  • Valuation of sessional papers must be completed within three days after exam of that paper/subject.
  • There must be additional assignments to absent students.
  • Students failed in sessional exam are asked to solve two question papers and be checked and signed.
  • Teacher should not give too much home work like writing five times so that students do not find time to study other subjects.
  • Progress cards with absentee must be sent to parents within week.
  • There must be parents meeting with teachers and every subject teacher must ask the parents about the progress of their wards in their subjects.
  • If parents are absent then there must be telephonic contact.
  • If teacher is absent in teacher meeting and if there is not contact then teacher should visit local parents at their homes and students at their local addresses.
  • Same teacher must conduct/perform practical simultaneously and actually.
  • Any teacher must go to class room or laboratory at least one or two minutes earlier.
  • Any teacher must plan teaching in such a way that he/she should leave class room or laboratory as soon as period over.
  • Teacher must be present inside the class room/laboratory for entire period and need not leave class room or laboratory.
  • Teacher must not allow students to leave before the period or laboratory work/time is over.
  • Teacher must check & sign practical records on same or next practical class.
  • Teacher cannot use mobile in class room and laboratory and cannot allow students also.
  • Attendance, result analysis of sessionals, resessionals and university exam must be ready and submitted to authorities within week and records of AC, ATKT & DC students must be maintained.
  • Every teacher must keep record of regular, not reported and cancelled students within a week of classes started or admission taken.
  • University result of every teacher below 50% or below average result of university regarding the entire class and subject wise will not be tolerated.
  • Teacher must take care of class room and laboratory, it cleanliness, well organized furniture and equipments and instrument must be in working conditions.
  • Teacher must take care of record of earlier students result analysis and stock records.
  • Teacher without any emergency should not take leave.
  • Teacher should work extra to correct deficient of failed or pending work.
  • Teacher in additional to teaching, remedial classes, parents meeting must contribute to admin work, inspection work, approval work, co-curricular and extracurricular work etc.
  • Teacher must do research for one research paper publication every year.
  • Teacher should give lecture as resource/expert person with the permission of authorities.
  • Teacher should carry out some project from Govt. of industry to fetch funds and making laboratory rich.
  • Teacher cannot leave his service in the middle of the semester.
  • For any other work teacher must take permission.
  • Teacher should take care of their students remaining fees, scholarship, EBC, semester exam forms.
  • Regular faculty meeting should be conducted every week.
  • At least one university expert lecture in each subject in each semester must be arrange to encourage the students and staff for standard expected and how to pass in exam and get more marks to make aware.
  • Academic & technical in-charge must come to the college 9.45 am and make sure that all classes are started well in time by taking round and also round after recess.
  • Academic development must be communicated to authority daily.
  • Academic and technical in-charge must put progress & status report before LMC to hold twice in each semester.
  • Similarly internet academic and technical audit (along with other aspect) must kept & discussed and in academic advisory body meeting to be held at least twice in each semester before LMC meeting and suggestion of academic advisory body and LMC must implemented and its report should be put before next advisory & LMC meeting.
  • Meditation for 5 minutes must be done before starting classes.
  • If you do good things you will be rewarded. If you do bad things, you will be punished somewhere, sometime.

Code of Conduct for Students


Conduct of student is an integral part of his personality and academic performance. For good reputation of the institution, following code of conduct is applicable to all students enrolled in various diplomas, undergraduate and postgraduate programs of the institution.


  • Academic timings are from 10 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Students should attend college on time. Students coming late may be denied entry to class.
  • Students should have identity card at all time during their presence in campus and show if it asked for security purpose.
  • If anyone refuses to identify of falsely identifying one’s self when asked by college authorities, is liable for punishment.
  • 75% attendance in each semester is mandatory for each student. If student fails this requirement, he/she will be detained from appearing in the final university examinations.
  • Student eligible for any scholarship, fees concession has to fill form as prescribed and submit the same to college office before due date along with required documents. If conditions in the prescribed form or documents are not completed by the student, college will not be responsible for his/her not getting scholarship/concession. In such case students will pay full fees sanctioned by fees regulatory authority for that course.
  • Student should come to college campus in the prescribed dress code. Outside campus also they should maintain legacy of WCEM, especially when are in college uniform.
  • Students should give due respect to their professors and college authorities.
  • Any type of ragging is strictly prohibited. Any case should be informed immediately to the anti ragging committee for further action.
  • Any act of violence, threatening, harassing or assaultive conduct in the campus is liable to punishment.
  • Writing of slogans, comments etc. on desks, clothes or walls of campus is liable to punishment.
  • Use of mobiles is prohibited in class room and college building. In case of violation, mobile may be confiscated.
  • It is duty of every student to keep college building and college campus neat and clean. They should switch off lights and fans when they are no required.
  • Students shall be responsible for the property provided in the college building and canteen. Damage of any property shall be recovered from the concerned student/students.
  • Consumption of tobacco and cigarettes is strictly prohibited and actionable.
  • Students bringing motor cycles/scooters are expected to wear helmet. They should possess documents of vehicle and driving licence.

Code of Conduct for Hostel Students

  • Students securing admission in any of diploma, degree or post graduate course in the institution allowed to stay in hostel.
  • Student doing part time or full time employment outside college will not be allowed to stay in the hostel.
  • No any relative or friend will be allowed to stay in a hostel without prior permission.
  • Student has to pay prescribed hostel maintenance fee at the time of admission.
  • Use of electrical gadgets like heaters, electrical rods, press is not allowed in the hostel.
  • Cooking is not allowed in the hostel rooms.
  • Students shall be responsible for the property provided in the hostel. Damage of any hostel property shall be recovered from the concerned student.
  • Any college authority can inspect any room at any time and take action if objectionable materials or activity is noticed.
  • Entry to hostel will not be allowed beyond 8 pm in case of boy’s hostel.
  • Any type of ragging is strictly prohibited in hostel. Any case should be informed immediately to the anti-ragging committee for further action.
  • It is duty of every hosteller to keep hostel neat and clean. They should switch off lights and fans when they are not required.
  • It is duty of students to take care of their belongings and valuables. College will not be responsible for any loss/theft of the same.
  • When leaving for outstation, student should inform hostel authority their details in writing.
  • Consumption of tobacco and cigarette is strictly prohibited and actionable.
  • If students without attaining classes/practical’s stay in hostel, he will have to pay fine per day.
