The Student  Representative Council plays a vital role in shaping leadership, teamwork, creativity, and responsibility in every student who steps forward to contribute At WCEM, our goal goes beyond academics and technical skill — we strive to build not just good professionals, but good human beings who contribute meaningfully to society, through technical events, cultural activities,sports, social initiatives, workshops, and club activities that nurture confidence, skill, and values like empathy and integrity.  
We also encourage students to pursue their personal hobbies and interests, recognizing that true growth comes from  passion as much as performance Every event and challenge faced here becomes a stepping stone, shaping individuals ready to lead, serve, and make a positive difference in the world. To strengthen this journey, the SRC oversees a vibrant collection of clubs that give students focused spaces to grow their specific interests and talents: NSS,Dance Club,Drama Club,Music Club,Photography and Videography Club,Technical Club,Cleanliness Club,Art Club, Sports Club through thise clubs and event organise by thise clubs   make our institution a dynamic learning community.
